7 Days Live Yoga Workshop
The objective of the workshop is to spread awareness about Yoga and its benefits among all students, teaching and non-teaching staff members. Yoga embodies unity of mind and body; thought and action; restraint and fulfillment; harmony between man and nature; a holistic approach to health and well-being. Yoga is very necessary and beneficial for all human beings if it is practiced on a daily basis in the early morning. Yoga also helps people in getting relief from stress, anxiety and physical and mental disorders. Under this 7 days workshop we will perform following activities:
Omkar Chanting and Breathing Exercise (Pranayam)
Warm Ups and stretching exercises
Standing Asanas
Seating Asanas
Surya Namaskar
Meditation
Other Sports Activity
