National  Science Day is celebrated every year on 28th February to mark the discovery of the “Raman Effect” by Sir C.V.Raman on 28th February, 1928. It was this discovery that sir C.V.Raman received a Nobel Prize in Physics in 1930. Gandhinagar Institute of Science and Mathematics & Humanities Department, Gandhinagar Institute of Technology, Gandhinagar University is going to celebrate  “National Science Day” on 28th February,2023 in association with Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC-GU) at Gandhinagar University.  The main focus of the celebration is to spread a message about the importance of science used in daily life and to display all the activities, efforts and achievements in the field of science for human welfare. Experts from IIT Gandhinagar will deliver their talks and discuss the importance of Science and Technology with students. Students of various institutes will demonstrate Science projects on that day.
